Who we are
A small, deliberate practice.
Crossroots is an operations consultancy. We help firms streamline the work behind two functions that tend to grow tangled over time — marketing and compliance.
We are intentionally not a marketing agency, and we don't take ownership of your compliance obligations. We work on the operational side: the processes, structure, and tooling that determine whether good intentions translate into work that runs.
Engagements are quiet and embedded. We prefer to build with a team rather than around it, and to leave behind something that keeps working once we've gone.
How we think
The best operational work is mostly invisible. You notice it only because things stopped getting in the way.

Vague friction is uncomfortable but unactionable. We turn "this feels hard" into something precise enough to fix.
Build with, not at
Solutions imposed from outside tend to erode. We design in coordination with the people who'll live with the result.
